Winter Solstice Roleplay '09! - UPDATE: 1st post

Maria couldn't help but smile back at the beautiful woman with ice dragon horns protruding from her head. She looked down at the little present and gratefully accepted it. After a few seconds of not knowing whether or not to open it she looked back up at the woman and said, "Thank you so very much. Are you the host of this ball? If so it is incredibly nice to meet you."

She stepped inside of the room, still regarding the woman. The atmosphere was so magical and welcoming. It wasn't like anything she experienced before. Everything was so beautifully put together. All thoughts of her dead fiance were lost as she looked around with an almost dazed expression.

[Maeve]

"Well, if you could just put your arm around her and help her get up and walk," Maeve said with a smile. She knew the situation was a bit awkward, and she would have done it herself, but she wouldn't have been able to carry the other upstairs. It looked like Irenia would be able to walk on her own, but she didn't want to take the chance of her passing out suddenly in her arms. "Our room is upstairs," she said, helping Irenia to get up and pushing her chair so she wouldn't catch her feet in anything.

[Miyani-chan]

[[OOC: Lol, Fyers, he said it out loud. Luna couldn't have heard that. xD Eh, doesn't really matter. ]]

Minh thanked the female Ice Dragon who gave him back his mug filled with hot chocolate, but with no whip cream. 'I'm eating too much whip cream these days... He sighed, and sipped the hot beverage slowly.
Suddenly, Luna was rushing up at him, looking like she was angry, and bit at the back of his shirt and headed off to the sky.
"What the fu-" He yelled out in anger and in shock. He stopped what he was about to say, because other would've heard his bad language. Minh yelled not only because Luna just grabbed him out of nowhere, but it was mainly because he dropped his hot drink and landed onto a young girl, and ended up making the child cry. Her mother was trying to solve the problem by wiping off the drink as fast as she could, since the drink was still really hot.
"S-Sorry!" Minh yelled out to them nervously, even though he was high up in the sky pretty high. When the two were six feet off the ground, Luna ended up dropping him, causing a big impact to his knee. Minh was lying on the ground face forward towards it, and gasped in pain, rather than yelling out at her, because she was sending more thoughts to his head. He started to pity her only a little, because he was tired of the way she was like. She reminded him too much of his sister when it was about how the way they acted.
"I-I'm sorry, okay?" He whispered, since he wasn't really willing to raise his voice at her because it would be a likely chance that she would cry even more. "I didn't know. But since you're still learning how to cope with other people..." Minh started to push himself up by his arms, and stopped when he couldn't pick himself up. He simply laid onto the cold ground, filled with snow, facing his face to the right - not bothering to look at her.
"I'm telling you this, you need to learn, every situation can't be a perfect happy can of thing between everyone, okay? And still... you have to make the most out of everything... alone... or not alone..." Minh sighed, and stayed lying on the ground. He forced his arm to place his hand near his mouth, and used it to pull up his patterned scarf. Minh started to breathe in it slowly, so that he can receive the warm breath of his returned to him, since he felt desperately cold.

[I walk with Time]

Luna stood up off the rock and looked at him, "I'm sorry...i shouldn't have lashed out like that."
She knelt down and looked at his knee, it was turning blue. She put her hand over it and healed it. "I'm so sorry," she whispered again. She stood up and looked down at him, waiting for his reply.

[Miyani-chan]

"Just leave it," He muffled in his scarf, and kept breathing in and out. Minh liked the way his warm breathe went back against his skin. While everything was cold, he was slightly warm. He closed his eyes, and simply relaxed. He didn't want to be bothered at all, he just simply thought of one thing: 'Sis...

[I walk with Time]

Luna watched him...Then she reached down and picked him up.

Eclipse walked upto the ballroom doors. She dressed for this occastion, since this was her first ball. She was wearing a white dress, form fitting, and it flowed behind her. It shone when the light hit it just right. Her wings twitched a little because she was anxious and wasn't sure what to expect. She came to the door and pushed it open and marvled at the beauty inside.

[Farfalla Hielo]

Farfalla stepped aside to allow the woman in. "Yes, I'm Her Majesty Farfalla Hielo. Honestly the ball this year is special: We're hoping draw out dear Princess Eimara with it, but she seems reluctant to socialize." Her embarassed smile wavered for a moment with a hint of sadness. "My late husband would be so disappointed to hear this. Hopefully she returns soon, and matures a little of course!"

[Miyani-chan]

"Put me down," He said sternly, and left his eyes closed. "Just let me be, please." His voice soothed down at the end, because he didn't want her to feel sorry anymore. He was tired of it. Minh didn't want any help at all, because he disliked how she didn't listen to him.

[I walk with Time]

Luna looked at him and shrugged, putting him down. "Fine, besides, i know you dropped you mug, but you can have mine," she said and put her mug down on the rock next to him and started walking away back to the City.

Eclipse looked at the queen and bowed to her. "Thank you, Your Majesty. You have a beautiful Ballroom!"

[Duro Lavoro]

Duro sighed thankfully. At least he wouldn't have to carry her. "That's fine." He helped prop up the limp girl and began helping her upstairs. He suddenly remembered that he hadn't introduced himself properly and nearly lost his grip on her. "Sorry!" He recomposed himself. "My name is Duro, by the way. Duro Lavoro. It's, eh... nice to meet you." He realized that it was an odd time to make introductions, but he couldn't leave himself nameless; he already seemed so rude that anything else may cause the woman to hate him.

[Miyani-chan]

Minh was placed down into his other spot again. Luna then placed her mug near him. He pushed himself up slightly, and grabbed the mug. He took it, and threw it as far as he could.
"She has a quick change in personality... First, crying like crazy... then shrugging off whatever..." He whispered to himself quietly, and laughed. He dragged himself towards the rock, and sat against it for support. Minh used his arms to help his knee bend. He groaned in pain.
"Mmmf, I need to get use to this kind of pain soon enough..." He started to move his knee up and down, and through every motion, it did hurt a lot. He then left his knee alone when his leg was laying down simply, and stared at it.
"At least injuries aren't as serious..." He mumbled, "and at least I'm at a beautiful scene." Minh looked around everywhere, it looked like he was at the City Outskirts, since the Ice Crystal trees were around the area. They were all glistening beautifully.

[Eimara Hielo]

Eimara stared on curiously as a girl left a boy laying in the snow a few feet away. She hadn't listened to much of their conversation, but felt the need to stick around in case something bad happened, and her worries had been proven right.

The ice dragon watched as the boy dragged himself toward a rock, approaching at his cries of pain. "What did she do to you?!" Eimara demanded, glancing down at his knee.

[I walk with Time]

Luna didn't look back when she heard the whistle of the mug being thrown. She didn't care. She made it back to the City and walked in. She transformed back into a wolf and laid down where she had the day before and went back to sleep.

[Maeve]

Maeve leaded the way to their room. When the ice dragon spoke, she looked at him and smiled. "It's a pleasure to meet you, sir," she said. "My name is Maeve, and this is Irenia," she said, introducing her friend as she wasn't in a state to speak. She guided them to the room and opened the door, letting Duro accompanied Irenia in the room. She then help her friend to lay down on her bed, covering her with one of the blanket.

"Everything's ok now," she said, sitting beside her friend. She wasn't sure of what to do, but suddenly an idea popped into her mind. She reached her hand closer to the other girl's face, made a small sign on her front and whispered a couple of words, throwing a "sleep" spell at her. She didn't really like to do that, but it would be better, and would ensure the other got some peaceful sleep for a couple of hours.

The brunette then got up and leaded Duro out of the room, gently closing the door behind them. "Thanks for your help," she said with a smile. She then blushed a little, realizing how strange the situation must have looked to him.

[Miyani-chan]

"Ah!" He said, startled by a female voice. Minh wasn't really sure if he should have answered or not, but it wouldn't have mattered if she knew, right?
"Umm... how to say this..." He whispered first to himself, and then said aloud, "She transformed into her wolf form, and then sort of grabbed me by the back of my sweater, flew up into the sky, and then dropped me about six feet off of the ground..." Minh took a breathe before explaining anymore.
"And then a big impact on the knee... yeah..." His voice trailed off at the end, because he thought that the explanation he just gave sounded a little strange.
