Where to start?

Hello I'm new here. Seen advertisement and registered. What I should do 1st? I cant understand where to create my avatar/character or something. FAQ is completely useless. Kinda hard to figure out how to find forum too if you login with your account. Of where is city which I seen on front page before registration etc.
Is it pvp game? I'm worry see on my avatar picture that someone can attack me ><

Was the FAQ you read located under "Site"? If so, you read the wrong one and I suggest reading the one located in the "Information Kiosk" forum.

And also, you can set it so that other users cannot attack you. (but of course, if they do attack you, you can either accept the challenge and battle them or decline it)
Go here an un-check "Allow other users to challenge me".

I red that I couldnt find difference between races in "character sheets". Is they all different looking or its just cool names for battles/special stats? And on what "element" to select. Which one is better for beginners?

Your character and avatar are 2 separate things. So no, races won't effect how you look. Only how you battle.

Elements can effect how well you battle opponents. So, if you are a fire element and you battle a monster that is a water element, your performance will suffer because water has an advantage over fire.

Poison and metal would be two good choices.

The only way to do so would be to delete your character and create a new one.

But its so hard to battle - mob with 5hp left me with 2hp

Have you purchase a weapon? It will help you out immensely if you haven't already. ^^

Oh, you've used up the duration? Have you tried repairing it? (the forge)
You'll need a repair hammer though.
