OMG! It FINALLY rained yesterday and the temp dropped nearly thirty degrees in one hour! It was great! Well, except the time the rain came in sideways and flooded under the door at work and I had to stand there with the mop to soak it up. But no one but me and our new MIT was there, so it was all cool.

Seriously. Butt sweat is a very serious issue people.

I'm glad there's guild air conditioning. Thank you Maeve for taking the initiative in combating BUTT SWEAT.

Perhaps one day there will be a cure for it, but until that day, we must work together to put a stop to it.


I hope it rains here sooooon. I always get a headache when there's something in the air, like a storm waiting to break... I thought it was gonna happen a few days ago when I got a headache three days in a row...maybe it did while I was asleep.

But I have a headache tonight, so maybe it'll break into rainy chaos! Yayz!

The heat I can tolerate, it is the humidity that I loath.
However my work place keeps the temp at about the as the zoo keeps its penguin exhibit... so I more have to fear forgetting my jacket then dieing of heat. And after a year of no central cooling at home I would almost rather suffer the hot the then shock of going from hot to cold >.< and then too you have more of a reason to just lay about.


glimpse-Frappacinos sounds yummy... I just need a blender to make one as we have the means for the coffee just not the ice crushing bit.

You have no idea how happy I am that I managed to make butt sweat a topic guiz. Srsly.

Yes, 'tis a terrible, terrible thing. BUT! (lol no pun intended) here in da UK - represent - the weather said RAIN TOMORROW. TTvTT GLORIOUS RAIN, BREAK THE HEAT!

And lower the pollen count! HUZZAH!

Ever wonder how we can have so many ways to warm up when it's cold - and they work - but so few ways to cool down when it's hot - and most of then don't even work to begin with?

That is why I prefer cold to hot, because there's more you can do about it.
They eat curries in hot countries because eating the hot food supposedly makes your body temperature rise thus making the temperature of the world around you seem cooler than before...SUPPOSEDLY. Never worked for me before...that I noticed. I should have a big mug of hot tea and see if it works.
However there is something strangely satisfying about wiping a thin layer of sweat from one's brow. Mmm.

MUPPETS! *begins humming Rainbow Connections* I adore the frog and pig. I think that's where my obsession with stuffed chickens came from. I hate to admit this, but I think I've seen every movie they've put out!

And it's pretty humid here too, but I work in a Bucky's inside a grocery store so it's always pretty cool inside. Why people keep ordering hot drinks in the summer, though, is beyond me.
