I just thought that I would say that I am new to the site and I would like to know how I can get some clothing. Unless of course people donate their hand-me-downs to me. Just please let me know where i can get some clothes for my avatar.

Welcome to Midorea!

For a little help, check the links at the bottom right corner (rules, ToS and help). You should already have some basic clothes, though I think you will need to create a character before you can equip your things. So click on "Character Sheet (browse above Character, it will appear under it). Then just create a character. Since it's your first one, it doesn't need to be perfect. You will always be able to erase it later.

Once your character is created, you will be able to go to the avatar section to equip your things. And if you want more clothes, you will need to buy some in the shops...

First: Hello and welcome to Midorea!

Next: To equip your avatar just click the link that says "Avatar" right below the Midorea logo on the upper left bit of the screen. From there you can look at each equippable layer and decide what you want to wear. You start off with some basic peasant clothing, and you can buy clothes by click where it says "Shops" at the top of the page. :3

Thank you both for your help. but i obviuosly still don't have enough silver to get any decent clothing. It makes me feel exposed (literally and figuratively, if you get my drift.)

Well if you go to the layers: tops and bottoms, there should be something for you to wear on each of those layers already. ^_^

There should be some newbie clothes in your inventory you can run around in until you've saved up enough for better clothes.
Unless you're like me and are perfectly fine with your avatar running around in her skivies. XD

There are some cheap clothes if you look around. Browse the M.A.D. and check the price. If I remember, there are some clothes starting at 100 or 150 silver...

OK, that's not exactly cheap, but with a couple good posts, you should be able to get dressed in no time. ^^

Hello and welcome. I am still learning the ropes around here too. You buy clothes from the shops using the nice big green shop link at the top of the screen. You'll need to earn silver for them by posting around; you can also buy a volleyball for 5 silver and challenge people to play, you get silver as prize for winning. Good luck, and have fun.
