I was wondering what kind of program would you use to make a avatar site like this??? I wanted to make one later on for me and my friends but I have no clue how to :cry: :cry:

well do I install it on my comp? otherwise I am on freefourms.org but I can't seem to undestand any of it

You need to either purchase a domain and host, or sign up for a free web host that allows PHP.
Freeforums.org or any other forums site like that won't allow you to install custom mods like the avatar system or cash mod.
Also, some hosts come with a 'script installer' that will automatically install phpbb for you, don't use it though. It's a modified version of phpbb and you won't be able to install anything on it.

They have an entire list of free web hosts that allow it.
Also, you need a FTP to be able to upload all of the files .
I suggest filezilla
