Welcome to Midorea! As for the event, Lotus Feathers are earned via battle system and posting, and can be spent here. Lotus blooms can be bought from the previous store, obtained through monster drops, and random events in the forum, and are spent here.

Feel free to ask me to fill anything else in for you. :]
