Lotus Flowers are found by browsing the forums.
"Use" your Lotus Flowers to count your petals, which can be used to purchase Raw Elements from the Event Shop. To count them simply go to your inventory, check the box next to one and press "use".
Petals can also be collected by posting in the forums.
Go to the Explore page, and navigate to the Hanamichi area to exchange your ingredients for Event Items.
Give your ingredients to the corresponding NPC and claim your item!
Bring 10 Raw Fire Elements to Lien to receive this item. Raw Elements can be purchased from the Event Shop.
Bring 10 Raw Wind Elements to Sho to receive this item. Raw Elements can be purchased from the Event Shop.

Bring 10 Raw Water Elements to Hanako to receive this item. Raw Elements can be purchased from the Event Shop.
