So, I've begun to lose weight, on purpose.
I've been eating (mostly) better, less of it, and trying to eat as little white bread as possible.
I've been exercising every day(except yesterday, and even then I put in 5 minutes. It was a rest day).
Here's a video I made about my start.
The reason I chose here, was because y'all seem to be the closest to me; about as close as family.

A document I wrote up and sent out to most of my my friends and family.

Primarily the stationary bike, so cardio. I've been trying to throw in some core strength, and some upperbody strength. I don't have much I can do for lower body strength other than squats.

I've been dropping sizes pretty crazily lately, but my weight remains the same. I guess that means that I've lost a lot of muscle mass over the years.
Went to the docs on Thursday and he told me to extremely limit my carbs.

EDIT: 10/14
A little weight came off and the shrinking stopped. Due to me stopping my weight loss journey. First, I fell to temptation, and then I overworked myself, trying to compensate. So I couldn't go to the gym for nearly a week.

Good for you! I have started on a similar journey, but I don't really have the means to exercise and I don't wanna be all runnin' and sweaty in front of the general public, yanno? Good luck on your journey, and I hope you do really well and do yourself proud <3

Running and being sweaty in front of a crowd doesn't mean that you should be ashamed. Think of the Redskins, Selena Williams, Lance Armstrong, etc.

I tend to get self-concious when it comes to working out in front of others myself at times. Hence the reason I don't, save walking.

Have you considered trying work-out tapes? I have a few of those Billy Blanks ones and they're fun, and can be done in the comfort of your own home where nobody can judge.
