Buying OC art!

I have an OC that I like, and he has certain powers. Problem is I am artistic as a brick. So I can give descriptions, and other OC drawings people have done that I like!

As for payment, sellers can give me their terms and we can discuss them.

Eyes: Gold, like Ed from Full Metal Alchemist
Hair: White/grey, distinguising hair. long too, obscenely so
Skin: pale yellow, sort of like a yellow ghostie :U

tall, thin but not weedy. wears black clothes. including gloves, and shades

Shades are optional.
