Predictable isn't the word I'd use Maeve. I'd say procedural. Are you obligated to make a welcome post, or did you just take it upon yourself to make everyone feel like a part of the family?

Meave's awesome Xia. you need help, check out her signature, and it'll point you in the right direction. Or you could just ask a few random people. Whatever makes you feel better.

It's not an obligation. I dunno, I just see it as a normal thing. I mean, the first people to welcome me were Cat (admin), Ari (other admin, gone now), Chu (mod at the time, now assistant admin) and LUF (mod, disappeared?), and I really liked the friendly atmosphere it gave to the site. So I'm just trying to keep the tradition alive... or something.
