The only skill that I know you can get experience for is your Forge skill, and you do that by forging weapons successfully.

The others, though, I'm not sure of.

Click the Head to Battle Arena link under your avatar, go to Town Place, then go to Forge.

You need a repair hammer from the Weaponsmith of Newbie Shop.

Bleh, I totally missed that you were asking about all of the skills.

Forging is the only one that you can increase at this point.
