That would mean the baby wins, though. And that will just take too long. that
is, unless it can grow in like, a day, and then the Mary Sue can give birth.
What a horror will be unleashed upon the world.

They will be when he becomes the most beautiful teenager the world has seen, yet he will wonder where they came from and will be afraid of hurting anyone he kiss, giving him more depth and making him seems much more human... sort of.

But he's not human. He's the only one of his kind... Assuming that both
parents are half-something or elves or whatever, he can be the only child of
whichever two species to survive.

Also, he was top of his class when he graduated college at fourteen.

..but he chose not to go for an actual job after college, learned the guitar in a week, and became the guitarist/lead singer in the newest rock sensation!

And then he is offered a huge contract with millions of dollar and a shiny new red car, but refuses it to go help poor children in some small country in Africa. Because he is a nice non-human guy, after all.

Also, tvtropes has really interesting pages concerning Mary Sues and Gary Stu's. They apparently call it "Marty Stu" but it's the same thing really.
