Treacle was momentarily distracted from his effort to walk with one foot directly in line with the others (as much as a quadraped could possibly do such a thing) by Arme's explanation. "Extraordinary abilities?" He coughed. "Oh, yes. Of course. I can see why I'm here, of course. My abilities were quite well-known back in my world. Yes. I am just the dragon to face these challenges." He would never admit to anyone, let alone a woman, that he was completely untried.

Despite the bravado, Treacle's scaly heart warmed at the praise. Perhaps there really was something special about him. The letter was obviously meant for him, for none of his siblings would have found it in that book. He nodded his large head to himself. Yes, it was certainly a sign.

"Transportation center? Sounds intriguing." He neatly side-stepped another car, but was forced to pull his wings in as close to his body as possible to avoid whacking them against a light post. "I say, is it much farther? I'm beginning to thing that flying might be a better way to avoid damage to your fair city."

Jenks and Wesker were both surprised that they were practically snuck up on. Hand still close to her ear, Wesker informed the young woman that the figure approaching them was not a parasyte, nor did he believe it was alive. The teenager hardly needed to be told this. She figured it out for herself as she looked the artificial humanoid over. The android, or whatever it was didn't act threatening, but robots were a tricky business to figure out.

The soldier-like automaton seemed irritated, for a false life form anyway. And she needed to admit, the robot's manner of speech wasn't like anything she would have expected. She would have figured it would have been dry, and monotonous. Like on television. But here it was, mumbling, complaining, and insulting one of its' comrades. It was almost more human in its' expressions than she was. The human wasn't sure she ought to have been insulted somehow.

She kept at least an arms length between herself and the soldier-bot as she looked over the areas that it pointed out on the map. Wesker, in the meantime, returned to a more casual position near her side. Unless the robot could sense brainwaves, it probably wouldn't notice his presence. Neither one of them wanted to make themselves too easy of a target if things went sour. So far, they hadn't done anything to make their 'guide' turn hostile. But their luck couldn't hold indefinitely.

Jenks said nothing at first, when asked if there was anything to address. 'Home' was a luxury she hadn't been able to afford for a good portion of the last year. The mention of such a thing seemed like a bad joke, at her expense. The young woman inhaled deeply as she composed her thoughts. Her voice was even, and her face was expressionless. Though, her words betrayed a hint of nervousness. "What do you mean, my home? Does this mean this was a one way trip, and there's no going back to wherever I came from? How do I know you're not working for 'them'?" She, then, shook her head. The mixed human gave the robot a serious and calculating look. "I'm sorry. Hold that thought for a moment. I should have asked this first. Have you been having occurances of mincemeat murders? Or have large numbers of people mysteriously vanished?" If there were parasytes here, having a 'home' might end up being a bad idea.

-Reaching a couple of blocks past the damaged area, Sei attracted much attention since the wind blew against his favor, sometimes revealing under his cloak. It was annoying, but he guessed clothing under this would help. Even in this world, it pissed him off that humans resided here. A grunt left his throat as his feet dug into the abrasive ground, wanting to feel dirt under them once more. He did see some areas that would be suitable for him to live, but clothing was on his mind.

As he traveled, he took in the different aspects of this city and was already displeased with it. It wasn't the amount of technology he had a problem with, in fact, he found that it was a different type of power and respected it. No, what he displeased with the amount of human happiness. It made him angry and wanted to unleash more destruction upon them. Though he knew that if he did, another robot may come out and try to stop him.

He suddenly stopped and blinked when an immense structure caught his attention. It expanded a couple of stories high with a giant circle at the top. Was it...part of the building? He continued to stare at it's greenish color before shrugging once more and making his way toward it; its sign reading 'Department Store! Providing you with all your needs!' As he walked toward the doors, the slid open causing him to stare at it awkwardly. Automated doors? Humans were seriously getting lazy...

Walking into the air conditioned store, he was greeted with the sights of many electronics in almost every direction ranging from kid toys to gadgets that flew through the area. He noticed that the building didn't have a ceiling, and instead opened upwards. Elevators lined to sides to reach different ares of the store, also covered in metal. Was everything the same in this city!?-

"Hello sir! Welcome to our department store!" a lady remarked approaching him with a bright smile. "Is there anything I can assist wi-."

"Close your fuck hole, human." Sei said with a growl as he continued to gaze at the structure of this advanced building. "Point me in the direction where I can get some clothes."

-The woman was wide-eyed and simply pointed at a sign that listed the different floors. Clothing department was on level 205. Sei smirked at this and gave the woman a nod as he proceeded toward the elevator, though it looked weird from what he had seen in human cities before. These were only made for one person each with a couple hundred of these tubes lining the walls. Pushing his way through the crowds of people, the yokai managed to enter one and once more greeted by a females voice.-

"Please keep your hands within the compulsory device while the door close." spoke the electronic voice as the see through door closed in front of him. "Which floor would you like to travel to?"

"...205" Sei said with a grumble.

-Almost immediately his body skyrocketed upwards, his cloak fluttering wildly against him. Within a few moments and after passing numerous floors, his body was hovering over the 205th floor before the suction released and sent Sei out of the cased tube. He was breathing heavily as his vision scanned over numerous different aisles of clothing...-

"...That...was unexpected..." Sei said, standing tall once more.

-After regaining his composure, the yokai traveled through crowds of people once more, hoping to find something out of these crappy designer clothes that fit his taste. Seriously though? What was the point in making shirts and pants look stupid? Clothes that were comfortable worked best with him. At that moment, Sei's attention was caught by t-shirts and pants that he would wear. Grabbing at a white t-shirt and black jeans, he proceeded to put them on; jeans first.

People watched him curiously as he then took off his cloak which revealed his empty torso along with a sword and a bottle of sake. Setting his possessions on the ground, the demon quickly slipped on the shirt which fit against his body. Picking up his cloak, the male quickly wrapped it around him, feeling the tattered fabric press against his figure once more.-

"Hey, Sei...you forgetting something?" a voice echoed into his mind.

"How can I?"

-Kneeling down, the crimson hued male grasped his katana and thrust the end through the belt loop and tie his bottle of sake soon after. People began to whisper, making remarks if he was going to pay for the items he had just put on.-

"Sir, come this way to check out" A female said, proceeding in his general direction.

"Pay? You expect me to pay for these?"

-Sei smirked and gave out a maniacal laughter as he started to walk toward the back of the department. The glass windows that lined the entire store gleamed brightly as he approached them, but no one expected what would happen next. He connected his foot against the glass, causing it to shatter. An alarm set off over heard, but paying it no mind, the yokai pushed off and jumped from the insane height of 205 stories. Wind pushed upwards against him as he fell downwards, completely ready for the outcome...-

"Actually, we arn't very far at all." The mechanical woman spoke in a happy tone before she stopped in front of an odd structure. This structure was a large hexigon shaped pad that was constantly glowing with energy. The pad was big enough to fit an entire army worth of people, in an event that a large group people must transport themselves at the same exact time for an emergancy. It had a small operational device by its side made completely out of steel, but it's top was covered in glass. The reason is because that little device is operated by the use of touch screen. When Arme touched the structure, a holographic screen appeared before her. The screen was large enough for her, and the silver colored dragon to see. On the top left side of the large screen, it showed a black picture with green words that said: "Enter Cordnates."

"Alright, now I shall show you just how amazing this transporter is." Arme turned towards the silver colored dragon with a smile. "Through out this city, and various places of this entire world, you may find structures like these. These are known as transporters. They will break down your body structure into the size of atoms, then they will beam your body to the location of your choice in a blink of an eye!" Arme took a moment to key in some commands, then uploaded a picture of various wave signals on the screen. "Your body travels through these special radio waves, that can only be picked up by other transporters like this one you see before you. No matter how big, small, heavy, or light you are. You can still use them for your needs." Arme explained while she imputs a few commands to return to the main menu.

"Now. I know that you might have a bit of trouble operating it with...those claws. In case someone cannot use their hands, we installed a voice command system as well." Arme turned towards the device, then begins to speak to it so she may show Treacle how it works. "Now, if you are unfamiliar with your cordnate numbers...which most people are in this city, you can just say the location of your home." Arme explained again before she gave an example of what she means. "Imputing location. Magnus Castle." As soon as Arme said that command, a picture appeared in the upper left corner of the screen.

The picture showed a large white building in the shape of a european castle. Just like the metal structures in the city, this was made out of steel. However it was coated in white so it wouldn't look like such a dull place. The castle had a very large courtyard which is perfect for anyone who needed space to run around in, and it was large enough to shelter anyone of any size. Even Godzilla himself could fit inside of that building. The castle was made for military purposes at first, but then it became a hot spot for tourists later on. Now that it has an owner, no one is allowed to enter, unless Treacle says they can.

A computerized voice called out to them after Arme had insert her commands. "Location Accepted. Are you sure this is your destination?" The computerized voice asked.

"Yes. Party of two. Transport us right now." Arme answered, confirming her location.

"Very well. Please step into the transporter. You will be transfered as soon as the number of people have entered." The computerized voice spoke again.

"Alrighty! Hop on, your castle awaits!" Arme raised her fist in the air with her cheery tone, before she stepped onto the glowing hexegon pad.

Elsewhere...

This artifical solider tilted his head at the questions his guest was asking. It sounded like she was asking if he is working for a secret organization that is plotting to take over the entire world and slaughter everything in sight. Sure there has been murders in the city, but not exactly the way she claims it to be. The only murders that exists in this city right now is usually the result of plasma gun fire. And those happen every once in a blue moon due to the tight security here. As for the vanishing of people...that was also a rare possibility. With many methods to track someone down, it would be near impossible to simply make someone vanish.

"Huh? Mincemeat murders? Disapearences? Miss, I think you need to lay off on the old horror films for a while." The solider replied with a slight smile. "Those rarely happen in this city..as for who I am working with, it's my unit. As you can tell, I am a model designed to protect the citizens of this city and keep the peace. My duty is to make sure that all hostilities are taken care of, all the criminals are captured, and to uphold the law." This solider seemed to be very proud of what he does. As he spoke, his tone was filled with a lot of enthusiasm, not to mention he was standing straight as if he was speaking to his own officer.

"For today, I am supposed to escort you around the city. All hostilities will be taken care of from those of my unit. Hopefully...hopefully...they won't send him out again." The artificial male sighed for a minute, before he spoke again. "By the way, I do not think I have told you my name. It is YRI-009, code named: Yuri. It is nice to meet you." Yuri exstended his left hand to shake hers.

Meanwhile...Chaos happens again.

"Everyone remain calm! Everyone remain calm! The special defense force will handle the situation! Just go back to your regular activities and act as if nothing happened!" A member of the SDF called out to the citizens who was shaken up by the yokai's answer to obeying the law. Anyone can tell who these members are, because they are humans who are dressed up in a blue and white outfit. They had on a blue jacket with white shoulder pads, a white over skirt with their emblem on the fabric, a pair of blue pants, and black armored boots. They also had on black gauntlets, a white helment with a black visor across their eyes, plus they are armed with a weapon of their choice.

The SDF fleet had the area surrounded right now, and they all positioned themselves to confront the yokai once he landed. One of them called out to him with a megaphone, while the rest remained on high alert, ready for anything that will happen. They were armed with shelds, rockets, stun clubs, and their trusty hand guns, both made with the power of plasma. Most of the SDF that was stationed there were also machines.

"We do not wish to cause any trouble! If you come quietly, we will see to it that you will receive a lesser form of punishment!" The young male shouted up to him.

((Sorry that it's short for ya Sei. I had to hurry and get it in before I'm dragged out the house again DX Spelling errors will have to wait, as I'm being rushed.))

Jenks' expression softened, a touch. She listened to the robot speak, quietly. Perhaps they had finally found a way to escape from the other parasytes. The jab at her watching horror films wasn't exacly appreciated though. The past year had been enough to put her off of scary movies for a long time. Though, they could not compare to the reality they had experienced.

She was still amazed at how expressive the artificial life form was. It was completely putting her to shame. Wesker came close to her ear, letting the human know that he could not sense any parasytes, and that he was going to go to sleep for a couple hours. Jenks said nothing to her permanent companion as she regained feeling on her left side. The teenaged scratched behind her ear and put her hand down.

At the introduction, Jenks managed to give the robot a small, but polite smile. "Jenks. Good to meet you, Yuri," she replied. She hesitated, momentarily, at the offered hand. She usually shook with her right hand. It was her prominent one, after all. But the robot offered its' left. Being a robot, it probably didn't get the wierd feeling that living things got when they came in contact with Wesker, even when he was sleeping. Or did it somehow how about the parasyte? Now that was a frightening thought. All the same, she reached out with her left hand, to give the robot a firm, handshake.

Treacle felt his eyes going as wide as his sockets would allow as he watched Arme fiddle with the strange device in front of them. He started when an image suddenly appeared before his guide. "What magic is this?" he murmured to himself. The image warped and changed before his eyes. It was, in a fairly amazing day, the most wondrous thing he'd ever seen.

That was, however, until she started explaining how it worked. Treacle didn't catch most of it, but what he did understand sounded disturbing. "It will break my body down to the size of Adam?!" He knew a dwarf named Adam back home... briefly, before another dragon had eaten him. He certainly didn't want to shrink down to dwarf size. "That doesn't sound even remotely safe!"

He backed away nervously from the strangely glowing platform. "Your... transporter... is indeed amazing, but I don't think..." Treacle broke off when he saw the expectant look on Arme's face. It made him stop and reassess the situation. He was supposed to be a hero now. And warriors didn't run like hatchlings from the threat of bodily danger. Or even horrendous shrinking magic. Hesitantly, he approached the platform and stepped on to the pad. Instantly, he was surrounded by light and he let out one panicked cry before his body disintegrated.

"Mommy!"

Yuri gave a smile before he brought her attention to the map again, then he starts to give her a little tutorial on how the map works. "There are many different machines like my self that was designed to give everyone a tour. And everyone's methods are different." Yuri mentioned before he continued. "I feel that if I teach you the ropes, you most likely won't need my help in the long run..so here is the map guide." He tossed it into the air and a few mechanical sounds were made, before it expanded into a big window for the two of them to see. The window had the entire map design with a few symbols here and there.

"The map here is color coded. Blue stands for residential, purple stands for shopping needs and entertainment, yellow stands for the locations on where you will find those of higher authority, like myself, and red stands for restricted area. If an area is restricted, it is mostly because a crime is either in place, or the area is too dangerous for anyone to walk upon." Yuri told her, while pointing at a massive red area in the shopping district. He then pointed at several symbols along the map. "The white star is you. Where your currently located. The fork and knife is places to dine. The toilet picture is the rest room, even though you have two in your home, the picture of a house is where your home is located, and the small columns of light is your transporters. Are you following so far?" The solider asked the young woman, thinking it would be best to see if she got all of that before he continued.

-----------------------------------------------

((lmao! That was very funny :3 ))

The towers broke their bodies down into atoms and they vanished in thin air, just as Arme explained. Through the eyes of one who is traveling through the method of transportation, the only thing that one can see is an endless sea of stars moving in a quick blur. It was a lovely site to see, but it is only brief. Transportation only takes about a second or two, and to prove that point, the duo has arrived at their destination. Arme's atoms came together first since she was smaller. It took Treacle about two seconds longer to fully gather himself, and he was still in the same form he's always been, in all his dragon-like glory. No dwarf sizes at all.

"And we are here! This is officially your home. See? It wasn't so bad, was it?" Arme said with a smile and chuckled a bit from the large dragon's reaction. "And that's ATOMS. Not Adam! Atoms is these microscopic things that build up matter! Do they teach you physics at all?" Arme asked while tilting her head. "Well..never mind that. Your home does have a library to catch up on that stuff..so come on! Let's see what your home looks like!" Arme smiled as she pointed towards the very large castle that she mentioned. It was a lot bigger than how it appeared on that screen.

Jenks nodded. As long as she had the basics down, she wouldn't have too many problems figuring the rest out. She supposed Wesker should have been awake to listen in as well. He would need to know this information. However he slept at the most random times and waking him was a difficult thing to do without people getting suspicious. The mixed human decided that she could fill him in later. There didn't seem to be any threat, thus far. So there was no need to wake the resting parasyte.

The teenager had to admit that she was somewhat impressed with the level of technology that her surroundings had. Crazy buildings aside, the fact that there was a map hovering before them without being progected onto a screen, or held up by some other surface was certainly an accomplishment. It seemed to serve the same basic functions that a GPS had, back home. Though the realtime warnings of restricted areas was interesting.

She looked at the white star that represented her. The words 'you are here' crossed her mind. The rest was pretty straightforward. Though, she would need to bring up the topic of teleporters, if Yuri didn't. She believed she knew the concept of what they were, but there was only one way to know for sure. But that would need to wait for a bit.

"I believe I understand," Jenks replied, to the robot's inquiry. "They have simmilar things back home." The teenager pointed at the star that represented her current location. "Though, I do have a quick question or two. Does that star actually track my location? Or does it track the GPS, er map, around?" A touch of curiosity was in her voice as she asked. Depending on what the answer, she might end up with an extra number of questions.

-Sei enjoyed the wind grazing his entire body as he continued to fall from the ridiculous height. The ground came into view, but what his vision caught was something he hadn't expected; cops...or what seemed to be a squad dealing with his kind of being. A smirk played across his lips as the male braced for impact. Energy began to pour from his being just before the initial impact and caused an immense explosion of aura when his body connected with the ground.

The tempered metal ground concaved and blasted an intense amount debris in several areas. As the dirt began to settle from being pushed up from under the metal ground, it revealed the yokai landing upon all fours. Taking into consideration that he had released alot of yokai energy just now including the burst of debris, this was his chance to escape. Pushing off from the ground, Sei hovered above the squad before landing upon a street light before taking off once more.

This city amused him greatly with the amount of people trying to stop him. Not even the police in the realm he was residing in were as quick as these people. After moments of pushing off form different surfaces and landing, the male came across a small field of greenery; perfect. It was just what he needed, shelter. As he landed on both feet this time, he startled a number of people causing them to stare at him awkwardly before retreating from him. It was wise not to get in his way, and he was grateful since he now wanted solitude.

Sniffing the air, he took a few paces toward a couple of trees that were bunched together before he stopped. Their shade instantly covered him as he walked under him causing him to smirk once again. This area was perfect and slightly distant from all the crap that was going on in this damn city. A sigh replaced his expression as his crimson eyes glowed on their own briefly while his slitted eyes opened up so that he didn't look too chaotic.

Slowly, the male undid the cloak that was wrapped around his body and unhooked his katana along with his sake. Holding his katana in hand, he tossed aside both other items and started kicking at the ground to see where he should start digging his new home...for now.-

Yuri understood why she would ask how the map was able to track her location. Based on the senses of human emotions, someone would find it odd that a map would keep up with one's movements like that, and may think someone is most likely spying on their every move. So he couldn't blame her if she asked that question. "Here, I'll show you why it's able to do that." He pressed the withdraw switch on the device that uploaded the map, then showed her the back of the device. "The map automatically tracks your movements thanks to the serial numbers it is registered with. When a map is activated, the serial numbers will register in our global satellite data base, and from that point on, it will keep up with the map no matter where it travels. With such amazing technology, it is impossible to get lost." Yuri said with a confident smile.

"Ever since we came up with such a way to keep our citizens from getting lost, we hadn't have any issues with someone getting lost in our city. Of all the inventions we have made, I have to say that this is the best one. You can go anywhere without the fear of losing your way." Yuri still had that confident tone. Unlike his tone he had when he spoke about his Conrad, this one was proud. Just like how he was when he spoke of his job. "I think it would be best if we head to where you will be staying, while I answer any other questions you may have." Yuri said with a light smile, and handed her the map. "To make sure you get the feel of things..I'll let you guide us." Yuri always believed the best way to learn something is to do it hands on. Hands on methods always stick to ones mind a lot easier, and eliminates any confusion on how something can work. Much like driving a car for the first time in traffic...from the start.

--------------------------------------

The STF was ready for the yokai's decent, but what happened once he landed caught them off guard completely. "Shields! Put up your shields now!"

The STF quickly activated the devices on their arms. In a half of a second, their bodies were covered in a green transparent sphere, that was designed to protect them from any hostility that would inflict harm. They were not as powerful as the shields used by the elite members, but they serve their purpose just fine. To prove that point...the debris failed to damage the defenders of the streets. However, that strong demonic energy was enough to rip them apart. The defenders suddenly went flying into the air for a few seconds before all of them landed on the ground. Some of them were damaged upon impact, and others were in total shock. The vehicles were totaled now, and the ground itself was not looking in good shape at all.

"Everyone! Stand your ground! Get into your battle positions! Prepare to arrest this scum!" The SDF ordered, but by the time everyone got up and attempt to fight, the Yokai was already gone. The only thing that was left in the area right now, was vehicles that suffered from the impact, a damage surface that was too dangerous for people to walk on, some areas were currently on fire, and the screams of the citizens who are panicking. The leader of the SDF unit threw down the megaphone and kicked it aside in frustration. That innocent device bounced along the damaged surface of the area, before it landed next to a car that was slightly on fire. To make matters worst, that said car had a nitro fuel tank installed...which can only mean one thing.

"We need to evacuate this area! Right now!! Get the fire department here! Pronto!" The leader commanded, and ordered his unit to go into the shopping center and bring them to the nearest transporter.

The SDF unit wasted no time getting inside of the shopping facility, while the injured contacted the fire fighting unit. The injured might not be able to get in on the action, but they refuse to make themselves useless.

"Everyone, remain calm! The elevators has been programmed to transport you into the residential area of the city! Please enter them in a calm orderly fashion, starting with the woman and children!" The defenders of the citizens try to keep their people calm, while the citizens did as they were told. Some tried to take advantage of this, and broke into stores to steal what they desire. Unfortunately for them, the SDF was too quick and too clever to be fooled like that. They were arrested on the spot and decided that they will be the last to go.

Four red vehicles soon arrived in the area, and four androids clad in red armor jumped out from each one, armed with a weapon that was made to contain fires. A white fox was watching the entire scene unfold before his eyes, while the mechanical humans tried their best to contain the fires. The flames however was getting a bit too strong. They were about to reach the core in where the nitro tank was stored, and if they arn't put out soon, this will result in a powerful explosion that will destroy the entire shopping area.

Jenks nodded when Yuri explained the method of tracking her location. It was a relief to know that they didn't have some means to keep up with her actual location. They were almost the same as the units back home. But the restricted areas was something she'd need to watch for. She didn't want to run into trouble, now that she had managed to get away from a particularly bad brand of it.

"I must agree, I am impressed with the device. This will prove to be very useful while I get accustomed to these new surroundings." The human figured she may as well agree with the robots' praise. He sounded rather proud of the device, even if he probably wasn't involved with its' construction or programming.

Jenks took the device. After a couple false starts, she seemed to be heading in the right direction. To her 'home' anyway. She wasn't interesting in going shopping just yet. But she would need to do so soon, if she wanted to eat anything in the near future. Unfortunately, it seemed that the shopping district was one great bit restricted area. Go figure. She made sure her route was well away from the location. However, she was brought to another point.

"Yuri," she looked at the robot as she walked. She made sure she wasn't going to walk into anything, beforehand. Her tone was polite, if not a tad concerned. "How am I to pay for things w- I might need? I haven't very much in the way of funds." She didn't even know if her money was valid here. That's just what she needed now; starving because all she had was a pocket full of stolen, fancy, fabric.

-Sei continued to dig his new home in between the trees without using any of his energy. His was slightly tired from having to use demonic magic and on top of that release three tails. He just wanted sleep. Taking a step back from his new site, the hole that went down and curved inward seemed pretty large and could fit two people. He was content with the hole, but his ears immediately perked at the sound of what seemed to have been the police? No...the fire department. Sei could smell it and turned his head in the direction from where it wafted; the shopping center. Despite being so far away, he could still smell the flames in the general direction.

Had he caused such an ordeal? A frightful smirk played across his lips as he shrugged, not caring at all. So what if thousands of people die in the shopping district. It affected him in no way at all. Despite the loud sirens going off, the male managed to keep his train of thought to himself once more. Peering down into the hole through his enlarged feral eyes, Sei grasped both cloak and sake from the ground and descended into the pit. The smell of earth welcomed him along with darkness, but at this his pupils expanded, adjusting to his surroundings.

He quickly scanned his living quarters, noting that the roots from the trees up top gnarled underneath. This caused him to smirk, quickly thinking of something. Crawling on all fours toward the roots, he began clawing at them until enough was brushed away to make a small space within it to crawl into. Grasping his cloak, sake, and katana in hand, the male crawled in and placed his cloak in a pillow fashion on the bark before setting his sake and katana next to him. He yawned and growled before letting his head sink into his cloak, closing his eyes soon after and drifting into a fitful sleep for the time being.-

Yuri stopped walking for a minute when the young woman asked her next question. It hit him full on that he neglected to mention one of the many important instraments he needs to survive in this city. "Ah yes...money is a very important means of survival. Since your an invited guest, you start with a fair ammount just like how it says in the letter...but I am sure you don't know how to use it." Yuri smiled slightly and pulled out a small rectangular object that looked similar to a flash drive.

"You have a device similar to this at where you are staying. This small device serves as a wallet, used for different reasons." Yuri explained and hit a small switch that opened another large window. It floated in front of Yuri, and what was on that window is a picture of his face, along with his legal information. "As you see, this small item can be used to hold your money, your identification, and anything else you need to store in here." Yuri then closed the window before putting it away. "Any money you acquire will automatically transfer into your wallet. All you have to do is remember it's ID code, and you will be good enough...and I'm sorry that you won't be able to use it anytime soon. The area for shoping is not open as of now." Yuri frowned a little when he mentioned the restricted zone right now.

"A panic? I wonder what is going on..." A young white fox kept himself hidden behind the highly advanced structures of the city, as he watches the scene unfold before his very eyes. He looked around and observed the incident carefully, to make sense out of what was going on. Judging by the type of vehicles that remained lifeless with flashing lights told him that those men in blue were the higher authorities of the city. All of them seemed to be armed with weapons that were made to calm down a situation..so they had to be the law enforcers here.

The next thing he noticed was that most of them were on the ground. Some were being picked up by other machines and humans, while others were taking care of their own wounds. Whatever happened in this area caused a calamity large enough to gather some casualties. The others who were not injured were either making sure they are safe, or rushing into a large building that looked like it was made for shopping...maybe there were people that needed to be evacuated.

The only thing he hasn't figured out yet was the whole cause of this massive panic. It didn't take him long to find out one of the causes though. He noticed a couple of armored machines clad in red were making quick haste to a vehicle that was on fire. He watched as they try to put the fire out, but no matter what they did, the fire just wouldn't quit. What the young fox couldn't understand was that they were panicking over a small fire...the vehicle's explosion couldn't be that bad, could it? Deciding to gain some information on that vehicle on fire, he moved closer to the area in hopes of gaining answers. He over heard them yelling about a nitro engine inside of the car, which was made to allow this vehicle to travel faster. The flames still have not calmed down, and this fox had the perfect solution for that.

He pulled out a container that was made out of metal, and had a pin at it's tip. The young fox shook his head as he spoke to himself. "I was hoping to save this for later...but now would be a good time." With that being said, he threw the container after pulling the pin. It landed right inside of the car, then it burst into white shining powder. The powder stayed in that area for a few minutes before it finally cleared the area, leaving one frozen vehicle in it's place. The ones on the job were wondering what the hell just happened, and where the ice came from.

Try as she might, Jenks didn't remember any mention of being given money, in the letter. However, she hadn't really paying much attention to Wesker when he was reading the mysterious message. She really ought to pay more attention to little things like that. Though from what she could remember of the message she began to wonder. Considering the situation, was the letter intended for her? For him? Or was this all some horrible misunderstanding? Yuri began to speak again, giving the human a reason to drag her thoughts away from the pessimistic road they were attempting to head down.

The small device was recognizable, even if its' functions were not. The teenager could think of a few things that she would like to have stored somewhere, but wouldn't fit in something like a computerized wallet. Matter could not simply be broken into data. Nor could it be stored in such a small device. Just because she was in a futuristic place didn't mean she could have ridiculous thoughts.

"So," Jenks started to speak again. She felt foolish for having so many questions. However, she would rather learn these things from someone like Yuri, than by trial and error. "What would happen if someone got ahold of someone elses' wallet? Like they misplaced it, or had it fall out of their pockets, randomly. Would they be able to use it? Or are they specifically programmed to only be used by the person they were programed for?"

"I don't think I would be able to concentrate on something as basic as shopping just yet," the young woman shook her head. "And don't be sorry for something that isn't your fault." She highly doubted the robot that accompanied her would be sticking around as he was if he were the culprit.

The mechanical man only shook his head at the next question she asked about the small wallet. Even though it's smaller and very easy to use, anyone who loses them or gets it stolen is in for a lot of trouble. "I'm afraid I can't help you in that department. Unfortunately, we have yet to make a system where it would be impossible to lose what belongs to you...without the need to step into ones privacy." Yuri explained the bad side about this very portable wallet. "If you lose it, you'll just have to trace your steps and try to remember where you had it last." The robot explained. "If you got it stolen, then you must report to the SDF. Special Defense Force. We will do what we can to recover it for you."

"And yes...the Special Defense Force are the law enforcers of this city. If there is anything you are having trouble with, revolving around a crime scene, you are to come to us immediately." Yuri uploaded a window of his badge that tells others he is a member of the force. "We will try and handle all the problems that happen with extreme prejudice. The only time we are not allowed to interfere..is when a special event takes place." Yuri added, explaining just how his job works. "But in a nutshell...try not to lose your wallet. It is the worst thing that can happen to anyone."
