I admit... I love furry comics. I have four that I read frequently:

Luci Phurr's Imps: Due to an honest mistake, a little girl has three imps under her command. Now she has the power to bring about the end of days... or get the pony she always wanted. Updates MWF.

Catena: A bunch of anthro cats living in a house together with angels, a megalomaniac tarantula, and the grim reaper. And there's a dog next door. Updates Mondays.

Better Days and Original Life: Better Days is the sometimes bittersweet story of twin cats Lucy and Fisk, and Original Life is about the lives of Fisk's Children. Updates MF

Peter And Company: A Calvin and Hobbes-esque story about twelve-year-old Peter and his imaginary friend/guardian angel Seth.

So discuss:

I have enjoyed the VG Cats that I have read. I need to read the other one, though.
And YAAY! Another Jay Naylor fan!

I love web comics! >.> Though no furry ones.
Hark A Vagrant: Random history nerd comic, with some occasional things from the creator's life. No plot.
Bunny: I like the older non plot one liners of this, but watching Lem try to muddle through a storyline is interesting, even if I'm not a fan.
Something Positive: Considered NSFW because of language, but there is no violence in panels. This is a plot -heavy comic of Davan, an adult comic book/table top game nerd and the people around him. I suggest starting at the beginning, though there is a lot to read, and the art is a lot cleaner these days. It is often one of the first comics I catch up on when life takes me away pleasures like reading for fun.
Magpie Luck: A comic about a career time traveler girl. It has its moments.
Cyanide and Happiness: A less nerdy, more offensive stick figure comic in the style of xkcd
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal: Also sometimes on the offensive side, Usually nerdy, and NSFW. No plot, yet hilarious. It makes you a terrible person.
Juathuur: Pronounced something like "Whathoor", a plot heavy actiony fantasy comic I started reading, and need to catch up on. It is read in chapters, but individual pages are posted, so I like to let it build up in clumps and then read. The first book of it has been completed, and that should be what is read first. I really liked it.
A Softer World: A photo comic that is funny in an indy/off kilter way. Mostly pointing out the things that we as a society prefer to ignore. And really akward pick-up lines.
Reprographics: Photo comics by Chris Yates, a custom puzzle/toy maker. He is my inner child. My older than me inner child.

Okay.. Let's see...

http://oglaf.com/ Oglaf is one of my favorites, I warn you it is NSFW, It's about the fantasy universe, and sex. The art is also good too!

http://www.vgcats.com/super/ SUPER EFFECTIVE, as the name should hint, is [/url]a pokemon comic retelling Pokemon Red in the artistic and humor style of VGCAT'S own Scott Ramsoomair.

http://thepunchlineismachismo.com/ Manly Guys Doing Manly Things is a hilarious comic done by Kelly Turnbull, who is actually an artist who works on Comedy Central's Ugly Americans. It's nerd humor, it has macho guys from videogames and such trying to work them back into society.

http://www.mspaintadventures.com/ I honestly think this is the best thing I read in years. Spoofing off of old MUD/choose your own text adventures, MS PAINT ADVENTURES is the best 6 hours I spent in a while.

@Cebula: I love Oglaf so damned much. It is never NOT funny.

Here are my favorites:

Sinfest by Tatsuya Ishida: Updates everyday, on time, no exceptions. Follows the life of many different characters (name Slick, Monique, God, Satan and his succubi, Obama, Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty). Taken from wikipedia: "The subject matter of Sinfest is often human nature,[5] with particular attention paid to sexuality, gender roles, and religion. Less frequently, the strip will parody popular culture or indulge in political commentary." It's very funny, clever, cute, sexy, and at its best, heartwarming and poignant.

Templar, Arizona by C. "Spike" Trotman: An alternate history comic taking place in the fictional city of Templar, Arizona. The timeline of the comic is supposed to be one year in Templar. There is no overarcing story, but the arcs tend to lead into another. Templar has been praised for its character writing; the city itself, with its obscure subcultures, religions, slang, and even television programs, could be considered a character. Intriguing, vulgar and always funny. Updates...whenever. Tends to be NSFW.

Menage a 3 by Gisele and Dave: Gary is your run of the mill 30-something comic book virgin. Through a series of events, he now lives with three strange and sexy roomies: Suzi or "Zii," a bisexual rocker chick, who is also a yoai fan girl, to the point where it's actually quite terrifying, Desiree or "Didi," a busty French-Canadian waitress, and Dillon a fabulously gay actor who harbors a crush on Gary. Good writing, fantastic artwork, reminiscent of manga and Archie Comics during the Dan DeCarlo era. NSFW more often than not.

Pictures for Sad Children By John Campbell: plain, black and white not-quite-stick figures who suffer from all kinds of depression and desperation while dealing with the day-to-day anxieties of 21st century life. Subtle, awkward, and hilariously dark, each comic is the saddest short story you've ever read...but in the funniest way possible.

Manly Guys Doing Manly Things (The Punchline is Machismo) by Kelly Turnbull (Coelasquid on DeviantArt): What happens to the manliest of manly videogame characters when their epic journey has come to an end? They get a job like everyone else. Commander Badass was one of these men, and has since started an agency to help Space Marines, Mercenaries and the like can get a normal job and ease their transition into the normal world. If you would like to see Kratos working at Best Buy, read this comic.

Sin Titulo by Cameron Stewart: Sin Titulo follows Derek, a journalist who has been having a strange recurring dream with a beach, a tree, and a strange woman. When he goes to claim his grandfather's belongings after his death and finds a picture of the strange woman among them, Derek is soon trhown into a series of events that will most certainly change his life forever. This comic is surreal with elements of fantasy and mystery film noir. Cameron Stewart is a professional Comic artist, and does this comic in his spare time, so it's update schedule can be kind of hectic. Sin Titulo has been nominated for an Eisner this year.

The Non-Adventures of Wonderella by Justin Pierce: An affectionate parody of superhero comics, Wonderella is a sarcastic, genre savvy, self-centered expy of several superheroes, most notably Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Her arch-villain is Hitlerella, and Rita is her spunky sidekick. Updates on Saturdays. Another one of those comics that is never NOT funny.

Oglaf by Bodil Bodilison: The titular Oglaf is an apprentice to a sexy sorceress whom has only been adressed as "Mistress." Yeah. As it's entry/disclaimer page states, it was initially intended to be comic porn, but "degenerated into sex comedy pretty much immediately." Very NSFW, but worth reading.

I also read Least I Could Do, Girls With Slingshots, 9 Chickweed Lane (technically a newspaper comic, but papers in Texas don't have it anymore D: ), Rock Paper Cynic, Wapsi Square, Questionable Content, Eerie Cuties, I was Kidnapped by Lesbian Pirates from Outer Space!, Sister Claire, Hark! A Vagrant, Happle Tea, Toothpaste for Dinner, Married to the Sea, and Eegra when it updates which is almost never.

Catena's hiatus is finished! I was really happy when I found that out. My most recent Webcomic interest is XKCD. I don't get half of the jokes, but the ones I do get are amazingly funny!

They have some real gems, but a lot of it is computer science math jokes. I'm an English major, and just no. I think they've tried to widen the subject matter as they've broadened their audience though.
