Currency?

Hello Help Me forum, I was wondering if you could help me.
There was totally no pun intended in that sentence!

Anyway, I wanted to know what copper, or at least that's what I think it's called, is used for. If it's not called copper then I'll describe it as being the third type of currency, which is right after silver and gold accordingly. But yeah, could someone please answer my question? I'm just curious to know.

Copper is used to purchase things from the newbie store. It can also be converted to silver for (I want to say) 4 or 5 copper to one silver. :3
