As far as the skin, eyes and hair. . . I assume you know how to change your avatar since you have an avatar. You just need to scroll down through the layers shown on the left side of the avatar screen. Down near the bottom you will see base, eyes, nose, mouth and what not.
Oh and if you dont know how to get to the place that you edit your avatar just click on AVATAR at the top left of your screen under the MIDOREA logo.
