Hm... I have a whole list of favorite series, let me try to remember them all XP
Well there's The Series of Unfortunate Events.
The Looking Glass Wars, I love this series, I'm waiting for the next book to come out.
The Claidi Journals, I read those in 6th or 7th grade, the plot's a little fuzzy to me now, but I remember liking the books.
Harry Potter, who didn't like these books?
The Secrets Of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel, I'm still reading this series, I'm waiting for the next book to come out.
The Inheritance Cycle, I love these books, it's a shame the movie sucked.
Keys to the Kingdom, I skipped the first book since I couldn't find it in the house, but I love this series.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians, I first saw this series at camp last summer, 2008. My friend was reading the 4th book, but since I was bored I took it ("Oh hey what's this? *grab*" "Heydon'tlosemypage!") and started to read it. I didn't understand it at all since I missed the plot from the previous books, but I liked it and bought the books once I came back home.

I'm waiting on four of the series for the next book, Looking Glass Wars, Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, Inheritance, and Percy Jackson. I'll probably end up with four books to read all at once while I have none to read at all right now xD

whats the nicolas flamel ones? are they a harry potter spin off?
i never got around to reading the series of fortunate events ones but i think that ill get round to it one day.eventually Smile
i hate not haiving anything to read, at minute i have too many magazines to read, so i cant kep up because everytime i read on i end up with more because my subscription comes.
but i hardly ever get new books, i love it when i go to town, i buy as many as i can carry/afford. i recently came home with 4 XD

The Nicholas Flamel books have nothing to do with Harry Potter. That's why I thought too when my friend told me about them xD
Nicholas Flamel was a real person who supposedly found a way to live forever. When his grave was dug up, it was empty, so people thought he faked his own death to live forever in peace.
There's more to the plot that that, and the book takes place in current day times though, not the 14th century xD

The tamora pierce books are really good, i'd reccomend them.
Key's to the kingdom are fantastic. I've been waiting for the latest book to come out in soft cover so I can afford it

But my favorite are terry pratchett's disk word novels. those are brilliant

But its all Lemony Snicket stuff and tis awesome. :3
I even got some promo items sent to me thanks to other Snicket fans. :3

i really must read them everyone keeps telling me how good they are, all ive ever done is seen the film and if other films are anything to go by they wont have done the series much justice.

Film is baloney!
Eh, its ok. Barly has dark as the books would be and the fact it mushes the first three books together, made them take the ending of the first book, and put it towards the end and all. Makeing a new scene for replacing that, isnt even in the books, into the movie..
But eh.

I actually liked the ASOUE movie. As a movie though, not being compared to the books.
The only book-moive that really sucked is Eragon. They couldn't even make a sequel if they wanted to, it would make way too many plot holes xD
