| I have always been fond of wolves. Everything from the way they interact with each other, to their haunting chorus's, have been a passion of mine. Because of this I had thought to become an animal handler.
Having been a zookeeper, and animal handler, I have had the chance to be around many wild and dangerous animals I have also had the cance to get to know may other amazing animals.
Though wolves were my first love, large cats (namely tigers) have always facinated me. I was surprised when I found myself enjoying the company of pumas. Leopards, jaguars, servals, even birds of prey found a nice little nitch in my heart.
Though the thought of owning one has tickled my fancy, I would never advocate the owning of any wild animal as a pet. It's not fair to the animal. And, no matter what anyone says, a wild animal can never be tamed. It can only become acclimated to being around humans.
Many wild animals that have been kept as pets are destroyed because they can never be introduced back into the wild. They would either starve to death or be destroyed by authorities when it attempts to return to being around people. Those that manage to find a home somewhere, usually have a health deficiency due to the fact that their owners either did not know how, or care to raise their animal properly.
Please, enjoy them from afar. Do not buy one for a pet.

| My whole family thinks I'm crazy cuz I want a male African lion. 
well, not my whole family. Mom thinks it would be cool too, as long as she could have a tiger.

| I adore tigers, especially White Bengal Tigers. If I had one I would name him Snowball and he would walk on a leash. If people messed with me I would let him attack them. I'd train him to lick me though and be nice around my friends. :3 He'd be the best pet ever!

| I like wolves like my Mom, I think my dog must have been crossed with a wolf the way he acts sometimes XD. But you never know what animal is deadly, I bet you someone has been mauled to death by a ferret XD.

| I adore wolves, but they are generally shy creatures despite what children stories make them out to be, and wouldn't really attack a human unless provoked. But those that work with them professionally are of course always in danger because if they play too rough they can harm you.
There is a TV show on Animal Planet called "Living with the Wolf" man about one such person.
