| Hmm, I'm not sure if we receive many storms where I live. But sometimes it's really hot and I wish their IS a rain storm. D;
I guess it really depends on the seasons... But I'm not really bothered by storms. They're a nice sight to see. <33

It's a middle of no-where thing. Since, I believe, most people who live anywhere in civilization would much prefer DIAL-UP or Cable/DSL or better rather then satellite internet. >> But that's another story.
The humidity has been hell. D; I remember chofering(sp) mom around a few times and going to the car was like holding your breath.

| Ahhh I see, interesting.
Yep it was like that this morning here I walked out side and you could physical see the water in the air >.< Making people over compensate and run the air conditioning low enough we could have played host to the penguins at the zoo.

| Hey Hey. Storms can be fun and interesting to watch and others times down right scary. I don't get tornadoes around my area. If it does happen its rare. We get thunderstorms from mild to very severe which is called a nor'eastern. They are worst. We do get hurricanes.
i love to watch the lightning especially if it cracks the sky. That is awesome to watch.

| I'm happy to report and say the last storm that visited FL brought the lake up back to its original height when I was a kid. Its funny to see the newer docks 3-5 inches underwater.
and to think they criticized my uncle's old dock for being so high up and old.
oh and we did have our back porch flood, during a torrential down pour you know were it rains so hard you can't see a foot infront of you?
yeah, flooded the porch but only part of it, the rain stopped and 3 minutes later the water on the porch was gone.

| We don't get much but dust storms and thunder storms.
Three nights ago though, there was some serious wind.
next night, I almost fell out of bed because the darned thunder sounded like someone was pushing pianos off our roof . . .
Then it was A LOT of rain. Well, a lot for where I live.
last night wasn't so bad though.
I honestly love storms. I love to go lay on the roof and watch a thunderstorm happening on the mountain. It's great fun, watching the sky light up like that, and all of that wind. I have to get down though once it starts raining or everyone freaks out, but I usually still stay outside.
