The Winter Solstice has come and gone, yet the Ice Dragons City is still in ruins. Many Dragons lost hope and left for neighboring cities, but most of the ones who stayed only remain because they are unable to leave. However, a few of the Ice Dragons who still had hope gathered on the eve of the Solstice, and prayed to the Moon Dragon Spirits for a miracle, like the one that saved their City many a millennia ago; Yet there was nothing.
Their dreams of ever reaching their former glory crushed by the reality of what has happened. The Spirits to whom they'd relied on for so long were gone, along with the person they resided within.
Farfalla, Queen of the Ice Dragons, had realized this long before anyone else. She knew that to ever rebuild the City they needed to find another source of power... but what? Since they always had the Moon Spirits to rely on, the Ice Dragons never had a reason to advance their technology.
Perhaps the answer resides somewhere in their origins, during the time before the Spirits when the early nomads first set foot in the North Pole...
