I tried this yesterday. I only just touched the top, but omg. o.o The afterburn lasted 20 minutes and the flavor was really interesting.

I like some hot foods. For sure. My favorite is HOT chips. If you have ever had them you would know it. When I was a little girl I used to lick the hot stuff off before I would eat the chip. haha.
I am kinda a baby when it comes to hot stuff though so I dont eat things most people wont eat.
No I dont really like those kinds of things as a rule. I would rather things were sweet than hot.

| I have to be in the mood for super-hot stuff but every once in a while I'll have jalapenos on my nachos or something. Otherwise, I'm a "medium-salsa" kinda guy.
I always love super sour foods, though.

XD So does Raz. He's all excited that he's going to his step-dad's today because the man lives off of spicy food.

| I do love teh spiceh food... Kalin was right. I put Crushed Red Pepper in pretty much [aboslutely] EVERY SINGLE THING that I cook. I can't get enough of it. I consistently crave flamin' hot chips (The Flamin' Hot Lays are the best, when you can find them once in a blue moon...) and have recently taken to using tabasco, although I don't like the vinegary taste, so usually it has to include some kind of cheese or whatnot to overpower that so just the nice hot flavor comes through. For hot sauces I'll prefer something more like Cholula or Tapatio. Basically anything with a Mariachi on the bottle, haha.
I dunno, I've just always loved spicy food, starting with simple black pepper as a kid I guess, and working my way up as my tastes have gotten more sophisticated with age. I like the balance of creamy and hot, like a spicy pepper sauce balanced with a bit of a creamy one to ensure that things don't JUST taste like hot, that there's an actual good flavor to things.
Anyway I guess I'm rambling. But now I'm craving something spicy. LOL
