Question about raffles

Since the auction/raffle thread doesn't say all that much about making them, I have a few questions about raffles.
I was planning on making a silver raffle with an entrance fee that would be given out as the prize, so would I have to have the entrance fee be sent to my mule (this account) or can I just keep it on my main account (Alyss)?
Also, what's the purpose of having a guest roller? I can't enter my own raffle, so what's with that? :/

A guest roller would help show that the raffle is unbiased.

I don't think it matters which account it goes to, though whichever one gives the prize, should have the prize on that account. ( I think)

It would probably be best to have the entry fee sent to your mule so you could better keep track of the silver, and if someone wanted a refund or something you could have it all right there. When I hosted a raffle I kept the silver and the messages from the users all on my mule and it helped me keep things organized.

A guest roller is merely a person that rolls for you, so users know that everything's legit. Some people may show favoritism and say that their friends won the raffle even if they didn't.

Ah, okay. Blah, I hate cheaters )< I'll have to find someone to roll for me then. Taking a wild guess here that they can't participate in the raffle too?
