The item's original design was by Urboros, winner of our "Design a Black Market Imports Item" contest.
You can purchase the new bi-monthly BMI at the Black Market Imports shops.

BMI's are rare items that can be bought with silver for a limited amount of time - and once they're gone, they won't be available again.
