The white-grey-blue colour scheme just reminds me of a spirit, but not a malevolent one (since that would be more purple-grey), and also not an angelic one (the dragon wings don't strike me as particularly angellic). Perhaps a wind spirit?

I would have said no service because of those signs that say "no shirt, no shoes, no service" but that was two words..
So reject because you wouldn't get service because you're not wearing a shirt or shoes.

| Misleading
I really wanted to say something along the lines of misleading vampire or angelic vampire. As you have the angelic clippy things that make you look innocent and the blue also gives an air of calmness but the teeth say otherwise.
