| Go to your inventory, find the box(es), click on the little square in their top left corner to select them (I suggest just taking one at the time though, not sure the system can open multiples), and then click on "Use". On the next page, click on "open the box", or whatever it is the button says. And it should give you your daily prize (some silver, small amount of gold or 1 daily chance item). Hope it'll help you 
Apparently sometimes the system gets glitchy and you need to click the open button more than once, but yeah, it should work the second time. ^^
