Is there no one who can save me?
Is there no one who can comfort me?
Is there not one friend who can hold me?
Is there not one soul who can share its torment?
Is anyone there?
Can no one shed their tears with me?
Can no one look at me with tortured eyes, mirroring my own?
Can no one see the pain deep inside me?
Can no one see that sin slumbers in our minds?
Is anyone there?
Will not one person cry to see the beauty that is destroyed each day?!
Will not one person open their eyes to the terror around them?!
Will not one god stop the pain and anger and hurt that resides inside each soul this day?
Will one day never end, but instead go on and on and on forever until we are no more?
Is anyone there?
