Character roll glitch?

I have noticed that when I try to create a character and I roll their stats, and then complete it and check them out, the stats are never what I rolled.
Halp?

The stats you rolled are modified by what you choose for tribe and element. You can see a list of everything in the newcomers Help Center.

And Charm is automatically brought back to 0, since it has been disable.
