@Max: xP I followed a link to an invisible pink unicorn and suddenly story ideas poured into my head. Great.

And I'd hope not. ; -; I guess I can live in denial though.

@Neo: How so?

I'm pastafarian and a firm believer in Russel's Teapot and the Invisible Pink Unicorn.

Alternatively I'm a discordianist, but that's usually when I'm being apathetic and glum.

I was always under the impression that the "invisible" pink unicorn was not actually invisible just it wasn't visible to all the none believers >_>

I used to be a Christian but that was back when I still believed in Santa Clause and the Tooth fairy(No offense to the Christians out there or anything...). I'm an Athiest now, but I've been seriously considering Wiccanism as of late.

@Hiroku: I thought that was the Paradoxacus? Its a creature that you can only see if you don't believe in it but as soon as you see it you beleive in it and can no longer see it.... :mrgreen: Wow that's a mouthful.

I'm extremely fond of religions myself, actually. It just amazes me that simply believing in something can have such huge impacts on people.

I was raised to be a Christian, and still carry many of those beliefs within me, but I really am a pagan now. ^^ I did read about other religions a lot when I suddenly decided for myself that I wanted to change my religion. Sweat So yeah. What really interests me is Shintoism - and especially how they mixed the old gods with Buddhism. I think a ton of religions are quite strange, though I suppose I only really find those that completely cause a persons' life to change around to be "too extreme".

I love meeting people with different religions than the average Christianity of Jewism. Though sometimes I do find it annoying if someone constantly asks a person about their beliefs and doesn't show much interest in the person themself. Sweat

Here's my explanation;
Since I was a little kid, I have always had a technically view of the world, such as 'if you throw something, it will fall,' an evolution makes sense to me, except for how life just 'poofed' into being, from unanimate(for lack of a better word) to living.
Despite this, I have always thought that God must exist for it allows for many more things to make sense(and it makes my parents happy). Also, I have believed in creationism(right word? God created life?), but I have still believed in evolutionism(right word?). Basically I had formed a third theory in which he made on species of animals begin evolving towards the human race. (I also like the 'ultimate observer' theory ^_^)
You guys rival my mind, between one logic and the other. Fighting for the ultimate theory...

I understand that. There's no way that something DOESN'T make some type if logical sense in my mind, and I actually believed that when I was still a Christian. It was a load of crap to me that everything just... happened, but it wasn't a load of crap to consider that God had created everything. To me then, life was a thing of gradual happenings, rather than sudden ones.

I don’t exactly know why I stopped believing in all of this. Maybe it’s just because I’m getting older and thus more reluctant to believe that someone else is pulling the strings.

It may sound odd but you’re my favorite type of Christian. I hope that didn’t sound offending, because it really wasn’t meant to be so. You just… view things in a very logical way, rather than shouting “God did it!”

When I was talking about life, I mean the jump from inanimate to animate.
I find that as a compliment. (Others call me ecletic, though I don't mind)
