Donating using phone credit

I don't have a pay pal account, and I can't mail in any cash, so I was wondering if you could set up a one-bip thingy like they have on Roliana so that people can use their phone credit to get gold.

That's the only way I can get the monthly items as I hardly make enough silver to buy gold off other people, if that's even possible.
