how do i custmize my ave i have noo idea how to

You click on the button called Avatar It's near the top of the screen under the Account/Character bar, near your gold and silver count

What do you mean by customizing your avi? You have a few starter items in your Avatar area. If you want more clothes to customize yourself with, try battling or posting for money and then heading over to the Shops to buy some extra items. =]
