[OOC] Chronicles of a Monstrous Academy

Name: Rhiannon.
Race: Dryad.
Sex: Female.
Element: Earth/Plant, Healing.
Description: Rhiannon appears as a partially transparent, ghost-like young woman of a light green colour aside from parts of her which are light pink due to her coming from a cherry blossom tree. These parts are the "tops" of her body parts; her head/hair, her shoulders, the tops/outsides of her arms, the tops/outsides of her legs and lightly across her chest. It's as though she's been sprinkled with flowers petals from above. She's around the same height as Lily, with long, flowing hair and no clothes, instead she simply appears as a silhouette of the human form.
Lily found Rhiannon while she was venturing through the woods. She was surprised to stumble upon her in a clearing, draped almost lifelessly over a tree that appeared very ill indeed. Upon closer inspection she found that the tree was dying, and with it the Dryad. At this point Lily had already begun her study of botany, and so tried her best to help the Monster, desperate not to let her die as she knew it was rare to happen upon one of her kind. She was unable to save the tree, but with the help of some others who were with her she kept Rhiannon alive long enough to get her back to the Academy. Thankfully the Monster was able to survive without her tree (being a Dryad able to survive without a plant but unaware/unable (on her own) to break away from the tree she was connected to, thus dying as it did) and grow better with a lot of care from Lily. Now Rhiannon is able to live without a connection to any plant in particular, but will grow weak if she spends a too long away from plant life in general.

Name: Harmony.
Race: Harpy.
Sex: Female.
Element: Flying.
Description: Harmony stands at around 4'7" tall, has short, light brown hair, big green eyes and brown wings. She appears very cute and sweet, but as is the nature of most female Harpies is quite vicious really, though she's been well-trained by Lily and will only act out against people that threaten her, Lily or other Monsters, however she does make it known if she doesn't like someone. She has a very pretty singing voice and various tops and accessories, especially loving anything with tassels, bells and such. She is most often found wearing a tied top and a collar with a little bell around her neck, though she is partial to hats.

Name: Venus.
Race: Giant Venus Fly Trap.
Sex: Technically as a plant, Venus is both, though she is seen as female.
Element: Plant/Poison.
Description: Venus was Lily's second Monster, and in her younger days was only two to three times the size of a normal Venus Fly Trap, spending her time in a pot that Lily would carry her around in when she needed to take her somewhere. Though as with many lower level Monsters that are attainable so early on in one's life at the Academy, Venus grew along with her tamer, and when Lily began to study botany her growth increased dramatically. She now "stands" at 6' tall, having outgrown her plant pots some time ago, leaving them behind to use her appendages as makeshift legs. She no longer needs to spend time in the soil, though she does like to relax this way, able to survive as long as she has sunlight, water and food.
She often wears one or more ribbons tied around her as decorations, and also in a way similar to a collar as a sign of ownership.

Name: Shroom.
Race: Funghi.
Sex: Not really either, but is seen as being male.
Element: Plant/Poison/other (see description for details).
Description: Shroom, also known as Shroomy and Shroomz, looks like the traditional image that comes to mind when one thinks of a toadstool. He was the very first Monster Lily ever had, only the size of a few-day-old puppy when she first got him. He was and remains as cute as a button, even being named Shroom because he seemed to like the sound of it when Lily tried it out. Though some may think it hard to tell his emotions, to Lily, along with those more experienced with Monsters (and especially Plant types in particular) he seems very cheery and eager to please. As with many lower level Monsters that are attainable early on in one's life at the Academy, Shroom has grown along with Lily and now is a little taller than her, with several smaller stems growing out from his main one (and more on those), all with their own cap. He has also learned to harness control over some of the basic Elements, probably because of his tamer's specialisation and better understanding of how to train him.

Edit: Woot! She sent her stuff in. I'mma go ahead and post her Monsters since she sent 'em to me, not knowing if she or I should post 'em. I said I'd do it 'cause I was right here and could like...get dat shiz underway and such real fast likez. So here we gooo!

Description: Luna is about two feet tall, and has white and pink features, she just looks like a rather pretty rag-doll.

Description: Cara's wings are mostly black with some white feathers near the ends, her long hair is the same becoming white at the ends. Her claws are especially sharp and nasty looking and are also bloodstained.

Good! Seems like we are finally getting started. And I love Aurelia too. For some reason, I can see her doing many, many... interesting(?) things. ^^

BTW, Adanoi is interested by the role-play and writing things, so I told him to PM you whatever monsters and other things his mind could come up with, for approval and such. And if they are nice and all, which I'm sure they will, I'll just add him as a writer and let him do is things alone. But yeah, I want someone to look at his things first ^^
