It's just a coating... and it's Chease cake... so a Cake not a pie...
Also, Is a Cherry bakewell a Pie or cake?
it's a pie on the outside but has spoungecake and Jam in the middle?

so yummy! last week I ate a lot of pie, lol I actually had a piece of each of the pies I mention due to a lot of days and parties haha
I feel hungry for them again now though.

| In the pie category, Strawberry Rhubarb, Pecan , and Apple.
Cheesecake is in a category unto its own, and is really good no matter what.
As for cakes Butter cake wins hands down, yes even of chocolate. My mum makes one that is AMAZING. Frosted with real whipped cream and raspberries in the center. *drools* I can heat a ton of it over cakes with frosting where I usually have to go with a super small piece or scrape off all the frosting after a few bites >.<
