| Hello, I just recently purchased a Knife from the Weaponsmith shop (about 15-20 minutes ago). When I went to equip it to my avatar, there was nothing there. Afterward, I purchased a lotus feather sword, looked in my avatar equipping screen, and saw that it was there. Also, I looked in my inventory screen, and saw only my armor equipment and Spring event items were there. I know that it was only 75 silver, but I did pay for it, and one small glitch could easily turn into something bigger.

| Did you click on the right hand layer and the left hand layer?
[edit] Are you sure you bought the knife?

| Yes, I looked in both layers of my equipping screen. And yes, I'm sure I purchased the knife. It was my first time purchasing anything from the shops, and I received a message saying that 75 silver was deducted from my account. If I had known this was going to happen, I would have taken a screen shot and used it as proof.

| I bought a knife too & I don't have it in my inventory.
But I can use it in the battle system. o,o

| Yes, I'm very sure. As I said before, it was my first time buying anything from the shops, considering I just started this site a few days ago. Once I bought the knife, I was directed to another screen that said 75 silver was deducted from my account. It was the first time I ever saw that screen because it was my first time buying from the shop. I don't know how much more I could stress that.
Like I also said before, if I had known this was going to happen I would have taken a screen shot. I mean, it's not really a big deal because it's only 75 silver, but the fact of the matter is that I wouldn't want it to happen again.
I'm not trying to scam you into giving me any kind of reimbursement, but I was just letting you guys know that I experienced a problem, and I wanted to receive some kind of help for it. I don't want to be accused of lying when I know for a fact that I'm not in the wrong.

| You didn't buy it since you never got the item, But the shops deducted your silver anyway. This was your first time buying, correct? I don't know what would have caused it. If it ever happens again please tell me.

| Well, technically I did purchase the knife, but I just never received it. Yeah, I don't know what could have caused it either. I'll let you know if something like this ever happens again. Thanks for your help?
