Well, here's the thread.
Basically, you're supposed to collect Lotus feathers to purchase items from the festival store. You can also earn lotus blooms via random events in the forums and monster drops, which you can trade here for different items. There is also a roleplay thread where you can earn four new dragon skins. We've reached a part in the event where you'll sometimes run across old, torn letters that contain cryptic messages, but not much has been revealed yet. :3 That will come at a later date.
Does that clear anything up?
